How my dietary set up grew
You’ll jump on to whatever section considerations you. (Naturally, we have a tendency to hope you will read the whole book, as a result of you’ll gain the foremost profit that manner . . . however, meanwhile, use this chapter as a reference to the highlights which are ahead.) Secondly, during this “preview” you’re currently read¬ing, I will show the logic behind my discoveries. You may see how I found out numerous conclusions about arthritis. How my dietary plan grew, drop by drop, logically and based mostly on proven medical facts. I will admit that a chapter like this is an odd issue for an author to try to to—revealing the “plot” too soon. However, perhaps I will be forgiven, as a result of I’m not really an author. I have never pretended to be a “literary” person. Quite the opposite, this is my initial try to write down a manuscript. You see, for many of the past 14 years I have been a laboratory technician, operating with test-tubes and scientific equipment. A product of our patented aloe stabilization method, Forever Aloe Vera Gel is favored by those trying to maintain a healthy digestive system and a natural energy level. Not with words. This may be a plus to you, the reader. Because rather than filling this book with “literary” adjectives, I will state my findings in plain normal English.
After all, I have made a special effort to stay the language straightforward and understandable. I have purposely removed all medical terminology and “scientific-type” words from the text. There’s one word, but, which we have a tendency to all must understand here at the outset. That word is “ARTHRITIS.” Let’s examine it closely. The prefix ”arth” means “joint.” The suffix ”it is” is defined as “inflammation.” So, compounded, “arthritis” means “inflammation of the joint.” What causes this inflammation? What causes arthritis? Friction causes bodily joints to become in¬flamed. If the oils in your body dry out, the joints begin to creak. The joints rub against every other, and a grinding action sets in. The bony structure becomes broken—and the whole area becomes swollen and inflamed! There, stated simply, is the idea of my work. I come into being to search out a manner to lubricate the joints and to scale back friction. Once years of scientific tests—we have a tendency to tried soy bean oil, corn oil, peanut oil and tons of others—we have a tendency to discovered that only one type of oil would do the lubrication job.
Vitamin D oil was the sole answer. Our Aloe Vera Gel is as close to the real issue as you can get. (Why vitamin D oil helps arthritis is described in Chapters XVI, XVII, and at several other points throughout this book.)Next, we have a tendency to found that diet and eating habits could add specific oils to your body to aid your drying joints. (See Chapters VI, VII, XIV and several other pages as you read through the book.)To increase the flow of all oils, and to add a lot of of vitamin D oil to your system, we have a tendency to then developed a series of special diets. What foods were best for arthritics. Actual menus are included later in the book, and I assume you’re visiting be terribly shocked by what you read. The menus will be pleasant tast¬ing and nutritious. We aren’t going to tell you to travel on a strict diet. We aren’t visiting urge folks to starve themselves, and will not recommend a long list of “uncommon” or strange foods. To defeat your arth¬ritis, it isn’t therefore much what you eat.
